Replacing old timber boards with Trex (lava rock) composite boards that need near zero maintenance is always a challenge when we have to work in the centre of Melbourne, but when the deck replacements are 11 & 22 stories above street level it becomes a bit more of a challenge. The end result was worth the effort. A communal area for all to enjoy that over time will save thousands of dollars in maintenance and repair costs.
